We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Delivery Status
Delivery conformation is available by request via phone or email. If there are any problems with your delivery we will contact you immediately.
Floral Delivery Times
Normal delivery is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Funeral deliveries can be made before 9 am.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is unavailable we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor or front desk representative. We will then tag the door with a delivery notice. If we can not leave the order with someone we will attempt re-delivery at no additional charge.
Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery
Orders with incorrect information or address may be subject to a $10 re-delivery fee.
Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada
In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone.Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
International Floral Deliveries
Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.
Sunday Delivery
Sunday delivery is currently unavailable. Due to limited availability of florists open on Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday via wire service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed.
Currency
All transactions are in US currency. There is a 7% sales tax added to all items purchased.
